Guam Lizard Reintroduction Simulator

How likely are reintroduced native lizards to re-establish on Guam once brown treesnakes are suppressed? An independent browser reimplementation, with an optional bridge from a suppression plan's residual snake density.

Reimplements the periodic matrix models of Rose, Halstead & Nafus (2024), Code to create periodic matrix models and simulate population reintroductions for four lizards on Guam, USGS software release doi 10.5066/P13GCUSI (CC0), supporting the paper in Animal Conservation (doi 10.1111/acv.70033). Independent work, not endorsed by the authors or USGS. The snake-to-survival bridge is an added assumption, not part of the published model.

The one assumed quantity. Lower means more vulnerable. Field data on snake counts and lizard fates would calibrate these.
